What it is

Six sessions. Six decisions.

Six sessions, about an hour each, on a cadence that works for your team. Every session opens on the people before the agenda. You read, you go deeper, you apply it to your own team and your own operation, and you close on one decision.

By the last session, your team has made six real decisions. And they've become the kind of team that keeps making them on its own: a team that commits instead of complies, and performs when no one is watching.
